We design various native BACnet BAS solutions for building systems. These turn-key building automation system solutions consist of modifiable canned programmed controllers, peripheral devices, and technical support. We offer customizable and canned programs for cooling tower chemical treatment, snow melt, gas detection, and others upon request.
With much experience in installing and servicing building systems, we are familiar with identifying design issues and addressing operational deficiencies. We offer system and equipment evaluation to provide energy optimization solutions and boost facility management productivity. We will provide recommendations to correct problematic issues at the core.
As DDC system distributors, we support DDC controls contractors network with the latest cutting-edge technology. In addition, we train and support HVAC and controls contractors to install and support their customers. In addition, we provide technical support, design assistance, and give the assurance that integrity is integrated into every project.

We were founded based up the simple but commonly void principal of integrity. Throughout the past 20+ years, we have been intimately involved in designing, building, servicing, maintaining, and analyzing many facets of building systems with a focus in mechanical equipment, automation systems, and interrelated disciplines. Using this experience, and expertise, we now represent various manufacturers throughout the HVAC/R industries, as we strive to provide the best services, products, and partnerships. In doing so, we have built our business by aligning with manufactures and partners that hold these same principals in their highest regards.
Our approach to designing building system solutions for a building’s core needs is based on a 3-Pillar Approach: (1) Services; (2) Products; and (3) DDC Distribution Network. Our services, which involve HVAC/R analysis & consulting, provide customers with the power to make informed decisions about problematic systems. In addition, through our pre-designed control packages, we empower owners, engineers, and contractors to with plug-and-play solutions for specific equipment that typically require highly skilled technicians to install and configure. Our DDC distribution network enables authorized dealers to properly control, monitor, and maintain building systems.
Throughout our experience, all too often, we find that many buildings have deficiencies that go unaddressed for several years. These deficiencies may stem from sources such as inherent design flaws, incorrect installation, improper operation and maintenance, malfunctioning and deteriorating equipment, or there may simply be better alternatives. Whatever the situation, we are committed to identifying and addressing the actual needs that solve problems at the core. We never offer solutions that are selfishly driven.
